At United Marketing Management, LLC, we value our clients and strive to ensure satisfaction with every service and product we provide. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or adjustments may be issued.

1. Services

All marketing, consulting, and creative services are customized to each client’s goals and business needs.
Because of this personalized nature, all service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of a service, please contact our support team at info@unitedmarketingmanagement.com within 7 business days of delivery. We will review your case and may offer:

  • A service credit toward future work, or

  • Reasonable revisions or corrections within the original project scope.

2. Digital Products & Online Materials

Digital downloads, such as marketing guides, templates, or wellness-related resources, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If you experience technical issues accessing your files, we will provide a new download link or direct assistance to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If you purchase a physical item from our wellness-related product line or promotional materials:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Event Registrations or Workshops

Refunds for workshop or event cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event.

  • Cancellations made within the 7-day window may receive a credit toward a future event.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

5. Payment Disputes

If a billing or payment error occurs, please contact us within 5 business days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and correct any confirmed errors promptly.
